How does our warranty works?
At Suhari Bikes, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase on all brand new Suhari Bikes. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
What's Covered
All Suhari Bikes come with a 12-Month Warranty that applies to the following components as stated below:
- Frame: manufacturer defects only, not usage related
- Forks: manufacturer defects only, not usage related
- Handlebars: manufacturer defects only, not usage related
- Crankset: manufacturer defects only, not usage related
- Brakes: manufacturer defects only, not usage related
- Motor: defects OR malfunction
- Controller: defects OR malfunction
- Display: defects OR malfunction
- Battery: defects OR malfunction
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Improper assembly or installation
- Modifications or alterations
- Wear and tear (e.g. tyres, brake pads, chains, cables)
- Corrosion or rust
- Damage from exposure to water or the elements
- Electrical damage from improper charging or use of non-approved chargers
- Consumables such as tires or parts that naturally degrade over time
Voiding the Warranty
Your warranty will be voided if:
- You make modifications or unauthorized repairs
- You use the bike in racing, commercial, or rental applications
- You do not follow proper care, maintenance, and charging guidelines
- The bike is resold (warranty is non-transferable)
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
1. Email ride@suharibikes.com.au with:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video (if possible)
2. We will assess your claim and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.
3. If approved, Suhari Bikes will repair or replace the faulty component(s) at our discretion. In some
cases, we may send parts with instructions for replacement.
Important Notes
- Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Labor and shipping costs for parts replacement may apply.
- This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
